  • Booking and Cancellation Policy
    Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a $20 additional fee for your next visit.If you do not show for your appointment there will be a $20 rebooking fee before you will be allowed to schedule your next appointment.
  • Meal Policy
    Please finish your meals prior to entering the building. All covered snacks or beverages with a lid are allowed in the service area. Please do not bring alcohol or anything that smells because you could bother other customers. Replace your mask as soon as possible after eating or drinking. Be sure to wash or sanitize your hands again after taking off your mask and after putting your mask back on.Thanks!
  • Covid-19 Health, Safety and Knowledge
    We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. On a daily basis, the management team is vigorously working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, with a focus on hand-washing hygiene, cleaning product specifications in our salon. Potential Exposure: Employees who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, those who live with someone exhibiting symptoms, or anyone who has been exposed to the virus are mandated to not come to work. It will be mandatory that customers and staff wear a facemask at all times inside the store. Bring your own or be prepared to purchase one from the nearest store.
  • Child Safety Policy
    Children ARE NOT allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a salon service. For safety and insurance purposes no child may accompany you while you are being serviced at the salon. We love children, but they can be a distraction to the stylists and clients and we want our clients to receive the best possible salon service. ​ Also, please do not bring any extra friends, guests, etc to your salon appointment. The salon needs to make sure we have adequate seating for our clients that are being serviced.
